Welcome to Among Roses. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website, app, membership, and the products and experiences we offer. By using Among Roses, you agree to these Terms. Please read them with care. If you do not agree, please don't use our services.

About us

Among Roses is a sensory wellness platform for women, based in Santa Monica, California, and hosted on the Wix platform. You can reach us at hello@amongroses.com.

Using Among Roses

You may use Among Roses for your own personal, non-commercial wellness and reflection. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your login details private, and to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

Membership and billing

Among Roses offers membership at $24 per month or $150 per year. By starting a membership, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis:

• Monthly memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel.

• Annual memberships renew automatically each year until you cancel.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change over time; we'll give notice of any change before it affects your renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time.

• If you're on the monthly plan, cancel anytime and you simply won't be billed for the next month.

• If you're on the annual plan, cancel anytime before your renewal date and you won't be charged for the following year.

When you cancel, you keep access to your membership through the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods, unused time, or content you haven't accessed. Because you can cancel at any time to stop future billing — and keep access through the period you've paid for — we don't issue refunds on past charges. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

The Atelier (physical products)

Purchases of physical products from the Atelier are subject to the pricing, availability, shipping, and any return information shown at checkout or provided with your order. If you have a question or an issue with an order, please email us at hello@amongroses.com and we'll make it right wherever we can.

In-person experiences

Bookings for retreats, circles, and gatherings may have their own scheduling, capacity, and cancellation terms, which will be shared at the time of booking.

Our content and intellectual property

All content within Among Roses — including courses, meditations, audio, writing, poetry, images, designs, names, and branding — is owned by Among Roses or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You're welcome to enjoy it for your personal use, but you may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, or publicly share our content without our written permission.

Wellness, not medical care

Among Roses offers emotional wellness, reflection, and educational content. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Please read our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Among Roses is provided "as is" and "as available." While we pour great care into everything we create, we don't guarantee any particular outcome, and we can't promise the platform will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Among Roses is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Among Roses or these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim — or, if you have paid us nothing, one hundred US dollars ($100). You use Among Roses at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing.

In-person experiences: assumption of risk

Our retreats, circles, sound baths, and gatherings are participatory and may involve physical movement, sound and breath practices, and emotional reflection. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for knowing your own physical and emotional limits, for consulting a healthcare provider before participating if you have any condition that could be affected, and for stopping at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Among Roses, its founder, team, and venues from any liability for injury, loss, or harm arising from your participation. For in-person events, you may also be asked to sign a separate waiver.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Among Roses, its founder, and team from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Among Roses, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to Among Roses at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. If we end your access because you have broken these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of Among Roses after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@amongroses.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

If part of these Terms can't be enforced

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, make up the entire agreement between you and Among Roses regarding your use of our services.
