Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Among Roses ("Among Roses," "we," "us," or "our") cares about your privacy as much as we care about your inner life. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or use our app, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Among Roses, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are
Among Roses is a sensory wellness platform for women, based in Santa Monica, California. Our website and app are hosted on the Wix platform. You can reach us anytime at hello@amongroses.com.
The information we collect
Information you give us. When you create an account, join a membership, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase from the Atelier, book an experience, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, billing and shipping details, and any message you choose to send.
Payment information. Membership and Atelier payments are processed securely through our payment providers on the Wix platform (such as Wix Payments and Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number on our own systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting platform automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — such as your device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
-
Create and manage your account and membership
-

-
Keep our platform secure and meet our legal obligations
We will never sell your personal information.
Email and newsletters
If you subscribe to the Among Roses newsletter, we'll send you new journeys, moon rituals, seasonal reflections, birth flower notes, and founder letters. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us at hello@amongroses.com.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to help it function, to remember your preferences, and to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as smoothly without them.
How we share your information
We share information only with the service providers who help us run Among Roses — for example, our hosting and payment platform (Wix), email tools, and analytics providers — and only as needed to deliver our services. We may also disclose information if required by law, in response to a valid legal request, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, and to protect the rights and safety of Among Roses and our community.
Third-party links
Our website and app may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we don't own or operate — for example, social media or partner pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this policy doesn't apply to them. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing any information with them.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable measures to keep your information safe, and we rely on the security infrastructure of the Wix platform. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as it's needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as you have an account or membership with us, and afterward as needed to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
International visitors
Among Roses is based in the United States, and our website and app are hosted there. If you visit or use Among Roses from outside the United States — including from the EU or UK — please know that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using Among Roses, you consent to this transfer. Where required, we take steps to protect your information in line with applicable data protection laws.
Your choices and rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing emails, and to ask questions about how your data is used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
-
California residents (CCPA): You may request to know what personal information we collect and how it's used, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
-
EU/UK residents (GDPR): You may access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data to transfer elsewhere. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We process your information on these legal bases: your consent, our contract with you (to provide the service), our legitimate business interests, and compliance with our legal obligations.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@amongroses.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
Children's privacy
Among Roses is intended for adult women and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. We encourage you to review it periodically.
